#3 – Toy Poodle
The Poodle group as a whole is categorized as the 7th most popular dog breed in the United States, although only the Toy Poodle is considered to be small. While the Standard Poodle comes from Germany, the Toy Poodle was developed in England in the 18th century. They are very intelligent dogs but do not fair as well with children as the larger Poodles.
