It’s really heartbreaking when a beloved pet goes missing; especially when it’s a defenseless little puppy. All the worry and the stress can be very overwhelming.
So when 4-year-old Sahri lost her beloved puppy, Toshi, her family did everything they could to find the poor pup. Toshi fell into a 6-feet PVC pipe. Shantessa, Sahri’s mom, called 911 who then sent animal control; but they couldn’t do anything. Fortunately, a lot of people came to help. Crews brought in an excavator, while firefighters and public works employees searched for Toshi. Then things got worse when a water main ruptured. They feared the puppy might drown. But after 8 hours of keeping an eye out for the puppy, they finally found poor wet Toshi, and got him out of the pipe. Watch the video below for the full story!
I salute all those guys who helped Sahri look for Toshi! They’ve shown such dedication to their job, and they didn’t give up on the puppy. You guys are amazing!
Toshi is now back in the arms of her loving owner. After being missing, and almost drowning, animal officials gave Toshi oxygen and they say he is gonna be fine. 🙂
