The Pegasus Project is a video about a man’s rescued puppy named Pegasus. Pegasus is a puppy rescued from a backyard breeder. Dave Meinert was told that Pegasus wouldn’t live long. Most of her siblings either died after birth or were deformed. And if Pegasus lives, they say that she would go deaf and blind. But all that didn’t stop Dave from adopting and loving Pegasus.
To chronicle the time they spend together, Dave started filming Pegasus everyday. Dave recorded every day they have left. And the video he created is absolutely beautiful. It’s an uplifting time-lapse filmed over 6 months about the life of Pegasus. Watch the video below.
Pegasus has grown into gorgeous dog! She is now living with a new saviour who stepped in when Dave was traveling and struggling with their living situation. Dave visits her regularly and takes her for short periods of time. She is currently living with a house full of love, a big garden to run around, and a new best friend.
