A dog was found nearly decapitated because a shoelace was tied around its neck. Luckily, two good samaritans found the dog hiding under a trailer. The young couple, Ernesto Perez and his girlfriend, did everything they could to rescue the dog. They tried to get the dog out from under the vehicle, and they called animal control for help.
The dog is now named Sadie and she is under the care of Riverside Animal County Services. Dr. Sarah Strongin said it’s one of the worse case of animal neglect she has ever seen. Thankfully, Sadie is recovering from the horrible ordeal she experienced. Watch the video below for the full story.

Sadie is recovering and she’s showing sign of happiness. We sure hope she’s gonna get well soon, so she can enjoy a life that she deserves–a comfortable life with loving family in a forever home!
