Can you imagine what your dog’s life will be like if he had been chained outside of your house for a year? Having no one to care for him, no one to hug him and play with him, that would be a very depressing life. Now imagine if your dog had a life like that for nine long years…
Edith the dog has been chained outside for 9 years. With no proper floor, no soft bed to sleep on, poor Edith was chained outside on a barrel on a patch of dirt. Volunteers would bring her treats, food, water, and toys. They’ve also set up a dog house for her. Finally, her owners gave her up to PETA, and that’s when Edith’s new life began.
