Frank, the dog in the video below, was shot five times and left for dead. Justice Rescue Humane Police Agency received a call regarding the poor dog, and Officer Russell Harper responded immediately to the emergency call. After taking Frank to the vet, he went into surgery right away. Frank sustained five gunshot wounds and no one knew if he would survive. But miraculously, Frank made it!
