Jen with Bali Animal Welfare Association encountered a tiny, injured puppy hiding beneath a scooter. He was frightened and lashed out when Jen tried to touch him. She says in the video, “It was so obvious to me that he had no trust in people.”
The patient woman continued her efforts and was finally successful. She put him inside a shopping bag to bring him home. The puppy felt safe in the soft bag and fell asleep while Jen set up his new quarters. She was hesitant to wake him up but knew he needed to eat. The puppy earned the cutest name: Budji.
After two days, Budji was introduced to Jen’s other dogs, and they hit it off immediately. It was such a joy to see the frightened pup play with his new friends! Little Budji’s whole demeanor changed. He was no longer afraid, nor did he try to bite Jen. He realized he was finally safe!
Although small, Budji found a way to scale the furniture like “Spiderman.” It was quite a sight to see! His whole spirit transformed. The pup’s skin was still in bad shape, but Jen definitely noticed a big change in the little guy. What follows is too incredible to miss! By the end of the video, Budji is unrecognizable!
