Watching an abused, former puppy mill dog snuggle with a human for the first time is more than my heart can handle! Anne Wuhrer rescued precious little Noisette an abusive puppy mill in Northern Virginia. It’s taken time for Noisette to trust people again, but slowly they’re making progress. This video (featured Anne’s husband) is proof of that. Keep in mind he had to lay still on the floor for 20 minutes before this happened!
