Joey and Luna met when their moms became friends. The two Golden Retrievers were destined to be besties, even if they didn’t know it yet. Joey played hard to get while Luna fell instantly for the handsome boy. But soon, the feelings were mutual, and the obsession began.
Joey’s mom explains in the video that dogs have real emotions and feelings just as we do. The dogs’ bond is as solid as any close human relationship. When Luna and Joey are apart for more than a few days, it really affects them. They thrive on one another’s companionship.
After a week apart due to hectic work schedules, the dog moms planned a reunion at the park. The dogs took one look at each other from across the field and went berserk. The two dogs hugged one another; it was truly the sweetest thing to see. In fact, their hugs have become a tradition!
