We love reunion stories between a family and their best friend. Of course, it’s always devasting when we lose our pets and we have experienced this first hand.

Kids have a unique relationship with their pets, and it’s no surprise that they develop the sweetest of bonds with their best fur-iends. There are no words to convey how much anguish and suffering children experience when their pet goes missing. For a  few weeks, this little boy had been having a tough time. His cherished dog, known as Kase, had been lost for a month.

The little boy was heartbroken and had been searching for Kase, hoping that he was safe somewhere. When Mom calls out to him at the start of this video, he looks concerned. As soon as he sees that she is concealing something, he puts on his jacket and walks towards her. The youngster’s eyes grow wide with surprise when Mother pulls out a puppy and inquires, “Who is it?

“It’s Kase!” The little boy’s eyes well up with tears as he clutches his best buddy and breaks down. He continues to sob as he hugs Kase and vows never to let him go. It has to have been awful for him not being able to see his friend. What an adorable happy ending for these two best of friends!
