The Vienna Chamber Orchestra was in the midst of playing Mendelssohn’s Italian Symphony No.4 at the 31st International Izmir festival in Ephesus, Turkey when an unexpected guest performer entered via stage right. The adorable dog casually strolled onto the outdoor stage to the laughter and applause of audience members. After taking a moment to appreciate the beautiful music, the pup curled up next to a very amused violin player.

The festival organizer told CNN that the dog stayed on stage for about five minutes before getting up and leaving. One Turkish pianist was quoted as calling it the “cutest moment in classical music.”
