Friendship knows no size, age, or species. It doesn’t matter how small you are or how old you are as long as there is love and respect between the two. And that’s what happened between the dog and the guinea pig in the video below.
Meet Rex the Boxer and S’mores the guinea pig! Rex is an elderly Boxer who suffers from a degenerative disease which made his back legs lose their function. He was found as a stray and was fortunately rescued, and adopted by his mom, Holly Walthers.
Rex used to have a buddy named Tyson who suffered from the same condition, and he got very depressed when Tyson passed away. Fortunately, S’mores came into Rex’s life and now the two are inseparable. S’mores rides in a small basket attached to Rex’s wheelchair, and everywhere Rex goes, S’mores tags along with him!

Awwww…aren’t they adorable? And it’s amazing that S’mores doesn’t jump out of his basket when he and Rex go out for a stroll. This just shows how much they both love each other’s company!
