No matter how old, and how sick my dog will get, I will never ever abandon him. Because that is the time that he needs me most. However, there are some insensitive and heartless people who take the easy way out by surrendering their dogs. Elvis was surrendered by his previous owner because he was going blind. They didn’t want to deal with their dog’s disease. But Elvis is one special dog. He is a fighter, and he thrives despite the fact that he is losing his sight.
