Shot Twice And Tied To Train Tracks This Dog Was Rescued Just In Time

| Published on April 2, 2015

In Tampa Florida, a dog who was shot twice and tied to the train tracks has been rescued by police officers. The poor thing was tied to an active train track with a belt. Luckily, the police got there on time, or the dog would’ve been run over.

The police department received calls about shots fired in the Sulphur Springs area. And at about 100 feet north of Eskimo Drive, they found a poor dog tied to train tracks. The dog had been shot twice, once in the neck and once in the shoulder. The gunshot wounds were critical, and the dog had lost a lot of blood. The police freed the dog from the tracks and rushed her to emergency veterinary care. Watch the video below for the full story.

The poor thing! I hope whoever did this to her would suffer the consequences!

If you have any information about the dog’s owner, or whoever is responsible for doing such a horrible thing, please contact the police department at 813-231-6130, or report through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS.
