She has thousands of fans and followers all over the world because of her goofy face. Zappa suffers from a dental illness that has caused her to lose all but two of her teeth. And because of this, her tongue slides out of the side of her mouth. Her goofy but adorable face has made her an online sensation! She has over 35 thousand followers on Instagram!
