When sad pet adoption ads don’t seem to catch much of people’s attention anymore, this animal shelter had to step up and do something. So they thought of a brilliant idea that will change the way people see shelter dogs. They call it the Human Walking Program. Have your ever thought that it is us, humans, who need to be rescued?
