Do you have a male cat or dog that needs to be neutered? While excuses abound as to why people put off the deed, cost is a main reason. All this month, PetSmart Charities Spay/Neuter Blitz Grants is helping alleviate that concern by funding a campaign to offer $20 neuters across the United States and Ontario, Canada, to help pet parents start the New Year off right and reduce pet overpopulation. The program is for male dogs and cats only, and is available January 1-31, 2016.
