5 year old rescue won't stop using the bathroom in my house

We just recently adopted a 5 year old male husky he is nuttered and was alerting us when he needed to go nothing has changed in our environment I just can’t figure out what happened I’ll put him out and he comes back in and directly pees or poops in my floor please help!
