My dog is licking my bed, my floor, my bedroom door, the garage floor! She’s also been eating anything on the floor like little pieces of paper. I brought her outside and she started eating grass and licking the pavement!!! What do I do? Then she starts making gagging noises. In the picture I’ve attached, she’s the black dog on the left.

HI! My dog also does this sometimes and we found out after going to the vet that this is an action of a seizure. We were told that beagles are a popular breed for seizures. If I were you I would keep track of how often this occurs and notify your vet. Our dog was having spells like you describe plus shaking terribly multiple times a month and our vet told us that more than two in a 6 month time span is not good. We now have our dog on a seizure pill twice a day and are going back in 6 months to reassess and test to make sure his liver is doing fine. He has not had a seizure since.
