Between off leash dogs, broken glass on sidewalks (or spilled fertilizer), or dogs that harass us behind electronic fences, it’s becoming hard to simply walk my dog.
These are really big problems for dog owners – wondering if anyone has been successful getting their city/town to do something about these issues. Very frustrated.
