This little boy from the Philippines spent two weeks going on mysterious walks by himself, when one day his father decided to join him to see what his son was up to. Take a look at the reason why he went on all those walks… we guarantee you’re heart will touched!

The hours he spent walking, was actually time spent feeding stray dogs!

strays-1

The dogs he fed were extremely malnourished, and many were  infected with scabies and parasites.

strays-2

It was clear these dogs needed love, food, and family more than ever

strays-3

It looks as though it’s been a long time since they’ve been loved and played with…

strays-4

And it was more clear that they needed medical attention to treat their mange, which is highly contagious – causing the son and father to be very cautious.

strays-5

But we hope someone, somewhere will help them get the treatment they need

strays-6

The boy even named them “Blackie” “Brownie” and “The white puppy”

strays-7

By the looks of it, “Blackie” could very well be the mom…. as she seemed to be very protective!

The best part about this story, is that the little boy and his father didn’t wait around in vain, hoping that the animals would eventually get help. They actually took the initiative to start their own foundation to help animals in need in the Philippines! How inspiring is that?? For more information, visit their site HERE!
