While all dogs are born lovable, not all dogs are born physically the same. Meet Roscoe, a sweet Pit Bull puppy that was born with a condition that caused his toes to curl and made it impossible for him to walk. Because of this, the only way that he could get around was either by crawling or being carried by someone–which made him very sad because he couldn’t run around like the other dogs. Thankfully, the Asheville Humane Society in North Carolina raised enough funds for him to have a life-changing surgery!
