Every dog deserves a place to run. There’s even a quote that says, “A Chained Dog Is A Choked Soul” No dog ever deserves to be chained. That is why volunteer groups like Fences For Fido, are doing everything they can to give chained dogs a place to run and play.
Dogs Deserve Better, a non-profit organization, is on a mission to free chained dogs, rescue and rehabilitate them, and bring man’s best friend closer to home and family. One of the dogs they rescued is a dog named Misty.
Misty’s world revolved around a chain. It was a miserable and lonely world. Thankfully, Dogs Deserve Better found her and rescued her. From South Carolina, she was taken to the Good News Rehab Center in Virginia. And it was there that her life changed for the better!
So what did Misty do when she was finally free from her chains? She celebrated her freedom with a Freedom Run! Just look at her happy face as she was running free!
