Some humans really are scumbags. A heartless person dumped three Chihuahuas on a parking lot. These three have to fend for themselves. And even worse, another scum of a human being shot two of the dogs with a BB gun! These three cuties must be really scared. Fortunately, two compassionate people worked together to rescue them. A lady who has been feeding these three, called the guy who came to rescue them. Watch the video below!
