Pure goat milk soap and add some white vinegar as needed. Trust me this works, I had a terrier that I fought allergies with forever. Get rid of all the toxic cleaners on your floors. Use only vinegar and or non toxic cleaners like thieves cleaner. Wash his bedding and yours in toxic free. It worked. I thought it was all food related turned out it wasn’t just food. But feeding probiotics and flax seed with the food helps it from the inside out. But don’t forget what they touch and lay on is absorbed in the skin just like us. Oh and I ripped out all my carpet and only have mop friendly floors. Carpet is toxic and holds lots of unwanted stuff. It worked at my house. Sure hope it helps you.

I would try and find out why she is itchy. Our beagle is allergic to poultry & once we took her off all poultry products her scratching improved. She also takes Apoquel to help with her allergies. Shampoo may not help until you determine the cause of the problem.

Check with a vet. I used an oatmeal shampoo not realizing she had a grain allergy. Leave it to an expert to help choose Best of luck. Beagles are so awesome!

Have your vet explore the idea of FOOD ALERGIES! Our beagle is allergic to CHICKEN (protein) finding dog foods, wet or dry with NO chicken or chicken by-products is TOUGH!! Read the labels closely! Blue buffalo canned beef dinner has no chicken and new balance fava bean & lamb dry food is also ok. Made a HUGE difference with skin rashes/sores and chewed raw spots! Hope it helps!

Made a homemade dog shampoo of Ivory dish soap, apple cider vinegar and glycerin. It was very mild and good on my dogs’ skin.

We have a beagle x with allergies and he has itchy sensitive skin. We changed his diet to grain free, he is only bathed a few times a year, because being wet sets off his itching. The vet told us to use Telfast allergy tablets for his allergies, and worked out the correct dosage for weight, and he is bathed in Malaseb, lather up leave on 10 mins and rinse. Much happier boy now.
