I have 2 shorkies(Yorkie & Shitzu). One is a male 3 1/2 years old and the other is a female 2 1/2 years old and they still do on the Pipi pads.(and sometimes not on the Pipi pads). How can I stop this? My husband takes then out for walks at least 3 times a day and they sometimes will do in their walks. Please help?

I have an 8 month old Yorki Poo … she poo’s on the potty paper like a dream, but won’t pee on it to save her soul; I don’t get it !!!
