Please, would anyone adopt a beautiful white German Shepherd type dog that has been living on a chain, I know of at least 7 years 🙁 7 years ago he didn’t have a dog house living in mud and had no fresh water we were able to supply him a nice dog house but the husband said he was fine he didn’t need our help…well today he still there its so heartbreaking I am willing to offer the man $100 to surrender him to me for adoption even though I have no money I will come up with it but I have nowhere for this dog to go for I have 12 rescue cats three dogs and my mom is an invalid who is with Hospice at my house…I know they have transports which some are volunteers I live in Cincinnati Ohio could anyone please help me save this dog and let him live the rest of his life out free happy and loved…thank you Cherise

Cherise, Is the dog still in distress? If yes what state are you in?
