Anny Advise for a Demanding Dobie Girl?

At age 15 mo my dobie girl has recently became demanding with her Dobie talk and bark and snapping to get my attention. Sometimes it's to use the bathroom, others is because she just wants attention and sometimes it's jelousey of our golden retriever. 3 am demanding potty time gets tiresome. Any good way to address this? It seems I use no and no man for so much, any advise for another command?
