Food suggestions for a Doberman

I feed my girl Purina Pro Plan Beef and Rice. She does great on it with no issues and will 7 years old in a couple months.

Lucy! It’s made for gut health with super foods like! I’ve been feeding it to quite a few different breeds and ages for probably a year now. Not one ever developed a problem of any kind and those that came with gut problems were miraculously better!

My 12 y/0 boy has been raw fed since we got him at 5 months. My vet is very happy with his weight, bloodwork and cognitive condition. There several pages and websites where you can learn more.

Science Diet but it’s a prescription for sensitive stomachs. So I had to go to the vet obviously and they prescribed it. But I only give him 1 1/2 cups of that. Then I make a big bowl of rice, cut up sweet potato’s, chopped carrots, chopped up zucchini, and blueberries. I switch his veggies up and fruit up every week. He also shares a banana with my husband two days a week. He loves asparagus, apples, strawberries also. Oh yes and loves green beans. I wish I would have put him on a raw diet when he was a pup. I make it as healthy as I can. He looks great and the vet agrees.

Went from Fromm to Acana Whole grains with Steve’s frozen for last meal and what a difference! His coat has totally changed.

Taste of the Wild – salmon. Helps with hair oils and dry skin too.
