My little Callie is only 5 months old. Bought her from a breeder. She has a bald spot on her head, lump over her eye, and a lump in her neck. Vet says all 3 spots are Follicular Cysts and will do surgery soon on her. Is this a hereditary thing for Havanese or just a rare occurrence? Anyone have experience with this? Does it happen through out their life?

Hi I’ve got an English cross Amstaff, unfortunately he gets really itchy sometimes… I’m just wondering what people do to try and help treat skin conditions like this. My Vet has put him on Apoquel. It has really helped stop the itch but has recently given him an upset tummy (runny poos) so we have taken him off the medication until we consult the vet. Has anyone else had any experiences with Apoquel? Good and bad?!? Please help my boy quit the itch 🙂

You should only be leaving your dog for 4 hours at a time, with my staff we have a dog walker that comes half way through the day for an hour to break the day up, we leave kongs with treats in to keep her occupied and we recently bought an adaptil plug in which really helped, she hasn’t had an accident for as long as I can remember. It is usually due to seperation anxiety, I would suggest a dog walker or sitter to break the day up and definitely try the Adaptil plug in

Hi All, I am hoping someone can answer my question. I have an 18 month old male staff who is adorable however he ‘leans’ against things all the time? Does anyone else’s doggie do this or is mine just special 🙂 Thanks a lot xx
