It has come to my attention from my dogs breeder that his sire was just dianosed with glucoma who is now 11 years old. My male just turned 2 years and I will be watching for signs. My question is has anyone had a young dog come down with this disease?

      Thank you.

Hello, For us, this is our dog who has glaucoma and lost the light of his left eye at the age of 5 years.

It seems that it is common for Samoyeds. We continue to put drops in her right eye in the hope that it never develops glaucoma, or it will be completely blind.
