The mother will be hard to judge with the given picture, but from what I can see, I would say she fits close to the Perro de Presa Canario standard – except for the ears. The father looks to be mixed with either an American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier or even a Bulldog – but is much too short. The ears on the Perro de Presa Canario should also lay very flat against the head if the are not cropped, much like a hound – and not stick away from the side of the head as shown in these images.
In my opinion, both parents look to be mixed, meaning a mixed puppy as well. This also takes into account that full blooded Perro de Presa Canario are very rare outside of Spain.
