Nellie was a victim of a hit and run. And because of that, she suffered massive blood loss. But thanks to vet Amy Howard and her dog Dylan, Nellie was saved. Her liver was also damaged, and she needed another blood transfusion. The vets didn’t think that she’d make it, but miraculously, Nellie survived.

Dylan on the other hand didn’t mind donating blood. It was because of his blood that Nellie survived. And when the two were reunited, they immediately clicked and became best friends. They were running around and playing like they were old friends.
