Chief medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci is being called out all over social media for allowing horrific animal abuse to occur. Reports claim that he allowed taxpayer money to go toward testing on puppies, which involved exposing them to deadly bugs and removing their vocal cords. The situation sounds like something out of a horror movie, and many Beagles died in these inhumane experiments.

Now, many lawmakers are fighting back and demanding justice. No dogs deserve to die in such a heartless and cruel way.

Horrific Experiments Exposed

Reports from White Coat Waste Project claim that Fauci used about $400,000 of taxpayer money on puppy testing. Dozens of healthy Beagle puppies were used to learn more about a parasite that’s contagious to humans. Yet, it was done in the most horrific, unacceptable way possible.

To test an experimental drug, people infected the dogs with parasites and locked them in cages with hungry sandflies. Some reports even claim that the dogs’ vocal cords were removed so no one could hear their cries for help. Then, people killed the dogs for additional research.

Shortly after this abuse was exposed to the public, people shared it all over social media. The hashtag ‘#ArrestFauci’ is now trending.

“The news that Fauci is experimenting on puppies may finally be what makes him resign. The country is politically divided on everything else. But we ALL care about puppies. You DON’T mess with the dogs. THIS IS EVIL,” wrote former senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis.

What’s Being Done to Stop This?

Luckily, many officials disagree with this situation and are fighting to put an end to it. Rep. Nancy Mace sent a letter to Fauci and the National Institutes of Health demanding justice for these innocent dogs. Many other Reps from both political parties signed the letter too.

“Yesterday, I sent a letter to Dr. Fauci regarding cruel, taxpayer-funded experiments on puppies; debarking before drugging and killing them,” Mace posted on social media. “Thankful to my 23 democrat and republican colleagues who signed on. This is disgusting.”

No one from the National Institutes of Health has spoken publicly about the letter yet, but dog lovers won’t be silenced. The FDA doesn’t require new drugs to be tested on dogs, so officials are demanding an explanation. This situation is unarguably cruel and unnecessary to the poor puppies that suffered. Hopefully, this letter will lead to changes to ensure that this never happens again.
