Here’s the current situation: 46 shelter dogs, and 17 cats are currently at-risk. A crisis has hit a local shelter in Louisiana – they’re dealing with extreme overcrowding due to a recent influx of surrendered dogs, putting their lives at risk to make space. People sadly surrender their dogs after the holidays, but we believe these precious dogs deserve a second chance and a forever home. We found a receiving shelter in New Jersey who is ready to take them in and ensure their quick adoption. But, there’s a catch – to save their lives we have to transport them by January 29th. This is our first flight of the new year, but without your support, we can’t guarantee these dogs the future they deserve.
