A tiny puppy set his sights on volunteers from Northeast Animal Rescue and made a beeline toward them. He had something too important to tell the rescuers and the only way he could get his message across was to lead them to a special place.

Once the rescuers began to follow him, the puppy ran up the steps as fast as he could, then headed to an abandoned building. The volunteers stayed close behind. They had no idea where he was going but he made it clear that this was an important journey!

Inside the building was another little puppy! The rescuers couldn’t believe their eyes! The tiny pup lead the volunteers to his sibling that also needed their attention. Both pups vigorously chowed down on the food the rescuers provided. Next, it was time to go to the rescue center and get a much-needed bath and a vet check-up. Thanks to the persistent pup, both dogs are doing great!
