Raw, my staffie is on it would never go back to other food. Raw is best, his coat gleams and his weight is perfect.

Burns dry dog food. Quite expensive but our lad is great off it. The last time we saw the vet for a check up his comment was a fine specimen of a lad, with a great coat and very clean teeth.

Acana or Orijen have great limited ingredient lines. Also add a good probiotic.

Tried mine with raw. She hated it. She now has Wagg mixed with wet. She been on this for 10 years and loves it.

Dogs are natural predators carnivore. Look at their teeth definitely not made for carrots or greens. They need meat not dry dog food with 90%corn in it. If their stomach gets upset they’ll eat a mouth full of grass and it’s all set. My staffies only gets meat.

Chappie with a wee bit of unsalted sausage meat mixed in. My staffies digestion skin build and coat are all healthier on the good old tried and trusted vets fav. If not that which us extortionate anyway, the specialty stuff costs a small fortune. Other than the chappie she gets free range chicken sourced locally.
Her skin and stomach are unlivable with any other branded wet or dry food.
There’s a specialist raw food shop in airdrie somewhere I think it is..you could get in touch with.
My old girl is 13now and still fit as a fiddle if a bit deaf and blind getting. She still bounds about the garden like a pup. -

Tractor Supply sells a house brand called 4Health. My pitties love it. Very filling and doesn’t cause gas.

My staffie/boxer always had skin problems til I switched to grain free (just make sure there aren’t peas or lentils). She did really well on Burgess Sensitive and it didn’t cost the earth. My problem with raw diets was the freezer space needed and the amount of plastic generated.
