Introducing Joey, 4 times adopted out, but 4 times re-rescued, until he met me, I’ve watched a beautiful dog emerge from a hardened shell of despair, Joey had a few issues but with love and appraisal has Joey slowly but surely overcome all these issues installed from previous owners…!!
