      In the best interest of the customer and to minimize waiting times, we have revised our exchange policy. We now ask for the customer to send in their item for a REFUND (as opposed to an exchange) while then placing a NEW ORDER on our website. This change allows the customer to get the desired item quicker and can ensure the replacement item is accurate. Our donations are never effected by an exchange or return.

      In an effort to speed up the process we ask you to follow our exchange process exactly:

      1) Place an order for the new/item size you want and pay for it.
      2) Return the item you’d like to exchange to the address below for a refund.
      3) Once we receive the item, we will refund the full amount less shipping.

      VERY IMPORTANT: You must include your order invoice (emailed to you) so we know who to credit or the exchange cannot get processed. Once it is received, we will issue a refund for the full amount less shipping cost.

      I ordered one zip hoody which I recieved 2 weeks ago. I recieved another one yesterday Feb 17, 2017. I was charged twice and my checking acct is now overdrawn. I want you to refund my bank and pay the overdraft fee of $30 immediately. I only see the most recent charge fron Feb 5. I did not place that order. I’ll gladly send the second jacket but you must understand I cannot afford this overdraft charge. It will start a chain reaction of overdrafts. I’m concerned and disappointed that you do not have a phone number or real person to talk to.Please resolve this asap.

      I am also very disappointed & strongly irritated by the fact that you do not have a toll free number for your customers to call!! I just placed an order for a t-shirt for my daughter in memory of her dog Jax who was quickly taken from us 11-22-16 by an electric truck going 65 mph plus & he would’ve only been 2 yrs old on Feb 16th 2017 & he was the favorite & is still & will always & forever be missed by all of us but ….my question is…..why are we not given an option of the name that these meals for the shelter dogs are donated in?? For example….8 shelter dogs get fed with my purchase of the t-shirt I just ordered & I would very much like those 8 meals to be donated in our precious Jax’s name but, since you have no phone number, by the time this gets seen & answered it’ll be too late & that makes me very sad, hurt & excuse my language….extremely pissed off!! If you had a phone number I could’ve talked to a human right away & possibly been able to donate those 8 shelter meals in our beloved Jax’s name but no….we have to go through all of this BS which isn’t right after spending good money on your site!!
