Excessive annoying Barking!!!!!

I have a 3 1/2 lb yorkie that has started barking non stop when you let her outside. She will take off running and barking. When she is inside and hears any noise (kids come out of their rooms, the door bell, ANY type of noise) she will bark in a very high pitch tone non stop. It is now driving everyone in the house crazy. She does this any time of day. 6 o’clock in the morning to 10 o’clock at night. I have tried the water bottle, bark collar, and trying to expose her to more situations and people. It’s hard to take her in a car as she will vomit if she is even in the car 5 minutes. Any advise, tricks or help is much appreciated.
