I have yet to see any special needs shihtzus. I would like to present to you Mr. biggles he is 6 years old. He went missing 2 1/2 years before he made it home. He lost his eye at birth. During the time he was lost the other eye got infected and he can see partially. I want to nominate him for the doggy of the day.
