Any good brand dog biscuits from pet store mix with a good lean meat. Here in Australia I give my boy kangaroo mince and tails chopped big to crew on. I imagine in America deer meat would be the go.

I feed my Am Staff raw, frozen dog food. She used to get kibble and showed no enthusiasm at meal times. Now, when she hears the wrapper crinkle, she starts doing tippie taps and spinning in circles. She has more energy.

My boy is only a little picky, but he has a sensitive tummy. I use canned or boiled chicken, mashed potatoes ( no garlic, butter, or spices) just water or broth ( from boiled chicken) and some peas and carrots. Some of my friends use ground turkey. Try one thing at a time. He will also only nibble some days. They can be just like us. Sometimes nothing tastes good. Also I use turkey with sweet potato kibble from COSTCO. The Salmon with sweet potato he likes too. Good luck!

Pet Fresh – my doggo is extremely picky and not food motivated. This food works well for him. He also loves Rachel Rae’s lamb stew – works great when I have to pill him.

Merrick raw infused kibble! My dogs usually eat the beef and lamb but have had a couple other flavors if the beef wasn’t available!

I have 2 staffies with gluten allergies. We started making our own dog food. They love it!
This week’s menu is chicken thighs, brown rice, black beans, carrots, peas, spinach, pumpkin puree, and fish oil. I just cook the chicken and beans in the crock pot, and cook the rice and veggies on stove top. Mix it all together and store it in the refrigerator. You could even make a bigger batch and freeze it.

Pet fresh Vital wet food mixed with your dry food. If your dog won’t eat it at first, bag it and put it away in the fridge for later. When it’s time to eat, they get it in their bowl again. It may take a few days, but your dog will understand that this is what they are going to get.

My picky dogs love Primal freeze dried nuggets. Venison is their favorite. I have tried for so long to find something I don’t have doctor up to get them to eat. Finally!! AND the itching and licking has stopped without getting an allergy shot.
