I think it is well worth it ! I have all four of my dogs and my three cats in it. I had a kitty that developed a seizure condition and racked up over $15,000 over 4 years. My out of pocket was less than $2000. I could not have kept him alive without the insurance. I never want to make a life or death decision based on money. I highly recommend Pets Best Insurance!

I use Banfield. Worth checking out. You pay a monthly fee and shots, teeth cleaning, and visits are included.

I’d recommend insurance for peace of mind. I find the best is Allianz for pets. Slightly more expensive but they cover much more. Also go for the option of automatic renewal. Once your pooch hit the age of 8 years, they don’t insure! This will renew for remainder of their life

My suggestion would be to invest in your dog’s health and well-being by what you feed it. Meaning, a raw, natural, healthy diet. Not the processed B.S. that’s in today’s store bought kibble and so-called “treats”. By eliminating the unnatural processed garbage from their diet, you can overwhelming mitigate the chances of sickness and disease. Yes, it costs a little more, but in the long run it is definitely worth every penny, and so is your dog.

I have Fetch for my pet, it takes them forever to pay a claim, and the rates go up every year. I’m not all that pleased with them, but I wouldn’t be without pet insurance.

Insurance is definitely worth it. Try Pets Best or Lemonade. Both very reasonable. It doesn’t hurt for the small price every month on your credit card. It does hurt if you have to pay for an emergency or accident. Can be thousands.

Just put aside the money you would spend for the premium for any pet emergencies. Most insurance doesn’t pay for much of anything… for pets or owners.

I always recommend for those who live in their lane to save for a rainy day. If nothing happens, you still have your money. Just know that one surgery can be between five and $10,000 if serious. Start by committing a dollar amount every paycheck and sweep it into a new account. Took me about five years and boy thank God I had it. That combined with Care Credit, a credit card that many dentists and veterinarian use, I’m able to tackle anything for my multiple fur babies. Care Credit depending on the dollar amount is interest-free payments for six or 12 months, and you could sign up online

We have Woolworths pet insurance we took it out for the first time for our current dog as he is a rescue and had no history for him. We have had 2 very big bills totalling $12,000 we only paid $3,000 of it so very thankful we have it. They also dealt directly with the vets made it very easy.

Definitely worth getting insurance. With a 5 yr old dog, most insurances will want Vet records to prove the dog has been taken care of and has had no illnesses or injuries.
I have Spot insurance, we get wellness check, dental care, and major health coverage up to and including surgeries.

My dog has been insured since he was 6wks old.
