I have got 4 pomerians.and they do the same thing, I live out in the country and they do not see many people unless we take them to town. And when we take them to town and walk them people really don’t bother them to much, but when they are at home they will go crazy if someone come to our property, when the fed x man or ups comes are anybody else they go nuts.if someone comes in the house after just a little while they will settle down. But they don’t trust them. When they get up to leave they go crazy again until they leave then they are quite. I bought one of those bark controls things from amazon and they help just a little bit but not much. I have 2 that I have to watch when someone comes in because Rambo and bam bam will bit them. I THINK IT HAS TO DO WITH THEY WANT TO PROTECT THERE PROTERY.THATS WHAT I THINK.
