Pit bulls seem to love to wear clothes and that include costumes! We had many entries in our first Pit Bull Halloween Costume Contest and choosing a winner was difficult! But these pups made the final cut with their adorable costumes, some even made by the owner’s! Halloween is still a week away, so if you are still thinking about a costume, these adoraBULL pitties may give you some inspiration. The Winner will receive two sweaters from the beautiful Kathy Ireland Loved Ones line.

Aubyn Goodwin made this original and cute scuba costume for her 4-year-old pitty Lily. Goodwin rescued Lily and says she changed her life.
“She epitomizes the word love and I am grateful for her every day,” Goodwin says.

Melanie Simpson and Bella Grace, a 5-year-old pit bull who acts like a mischievous 3-year-old child. Her purple minion costume is too cute!

Star Borslien dressed up her pitty in this adorable Gladiator costume. Very original!

Rebecca Kirkman Welch said this costume gave her dog, Jenny, the nickname “Jenny Frog.” It’s an adorable costume and we love it!

Catherine Bergholz’s two pitties Gigi (7) and Boochie (11) are all dressed up and ready for Halloween and the next football game. These are two cute playas!

Taylor Roback’s Captain Flin Strider is just three-months-old and all ready for Halloween as a “Thing” for Dr. Seuss. She says she dressed him up as one because “he bounces off the wall like Thing 1 and Thing 2.”

Terin Tucker’s pups are a crime-fighting duo of the cutest proportions! Sweets (8) is dressed as Wonder Woman and Brute the Toot (you can guess why he is called that!) is a superhero rescue around two-years-old.

Jerry Pierre’s pitty is wearing this adorable squirrel in the hopes it might help him catch that pesky vermit next time he comes into his yard. We aren’t sure about that, but we do know he is totally adoraBULL wearing it!
