Scribble was discovered on the streets of Manenberg in South Africa, where the stray dog population is exploding. This adorable guy would try to follow people home as a different way to stand out from the crowd. It was his only approach to get someone’s attention and he longed for a family more than anything.

Some individuals, however, did not care for the notion of turning around and seeing a cute dog wanting to come home with them. When Scribble was brought in by Sidewalk Specials for a checkup, his lame leg was determined to be caused by people kicking him.
