Many homeless pets go unnoticed when there are so many of them about. It is not, however, just because it is wrong that it is a tragic fact in several impoverished nations. He was all alone and in terrible agony because he had been hit by a car and left to suffer with a fractured jaw. He had mange and eye diseases as well as an injured jaw.
