Before, when you take a look at Penelope, you wouldn’t recognize what dog breed she is. She has been roaming a neighborhood in Los Angeles for quite some time. At one time, she was roaming around a school, but the kids were scared of how she looked. Fortunately, a lady picked her up and brought her to a shelter. For the first time in months, Penelope was able to get some good sleep in a clean and warm place. Watch her transformation in the video below.
