Love Furry Friends rescuers showed up, and Toby was so happy to see them! He wasn’t wearing a collar, so the chain had cut deeply into his neck. The dog proceeded to grab his rescuer’s hand and ask to be saved, and that’s exactly what happened; They got him back for a checkup and first bath ever, and his life will never be the same!
