Iraqi Dog Is About To Be Reunited With The Soldier Who Saved Her On Live TV

Blackhawk pilot Nick Pierzchalski spent a year flying helicopters in war-torn Iraq airlifting wounded soldiers to safety. But of all the lives he helped save, there was a special one who touched his heart in a very different way.

    A dog he named Ares lived in the desert. A bond formed between the two, and it was made possible to fly her to the United States to be with Nick! And here on the live TV newscast, you’ll see their heartwarming reunion.
